Working closely with Restaurant Managers and other staff, the Crew Associate is responsible for ensuring that operational procedures and standards are upheld while providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this individual engages with Guests and various members of the field operations team.

• Smiles at arriving customers and takes care of their requests and transactions
• The packaging used for food and beverage products must also be durable and able to withstand transportation and handling
• Tasked with maintaining restaurant cleanliness, which requires attention to the dining room, bathroom, and areas outside the property
• Maintaining health and safety standards should be a top priority for all organizations to ensure employee well-being and prevent potential loss or damage
• Follows a strict inventory management system to ensure optimal stocking levels
• Consistent attendance and promptness are integral qualities that indicate an employee's commitment to their job and organization
• Abides by Burger King's rules for uniforms and personal presentation
