Working closely with Restaurant Managers and other staff, the Crew Associate is responsible for ensuring that operational procedures and standards are upheld while providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this individual engages with Guests and various members of the field operations team.
