Customer Service Agent
Alaska Airlines is looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. Our Customer Service Agents are the face of our company and provide an essential service to our customers. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers and to our company.The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but not essential. We also require a high school diploma or equivalent.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on fares, flight schedules, and other airline services.
Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Process customer transactions, such as reservations, ticketing, and check-in.
Assist customers with baggage handling and other services.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Abide by all safety regulations and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Remain up-to-date on airline industry developments.
