Sales Support Specialist

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Location: Remote. This position can be based anywhere in the Central or West Region

We have an exciting opportunity for a SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST! This is a very dynamic and versatile position that requires an outside the box thinker with superior knowledge in Microsoft programs!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support sales and marketing projects
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
• Manage product sample process
• Data analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Consult with the Sales team on product specifications and make recommendations
• Drive regional and local initiatives and maintain Data Quality and integrity in our CRM system
• Conduct trainings and support implementation of new business rules, system upgrades and protocols
• Ad-hoc analysis such as preparation of performance reporting or monitoring against development and other systems as required
• Any other tasks assigned within the sales support team

Your skills and experience:

• Advanced Microsoft Skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Bachelor's degree is desired (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field)
• Prior Sales Support experience preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a Team environment, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, upbeat and resourceful personality!
